Working hours: Full-Time - 37.5 hours a week

Contract Type: Permanent

About the role: As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a dedicated team to deliver exceptional results. You’ll create a vibrant store culture where customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. With a strong focus on operational excellence, you’ll also drive commercial performance and ensure the store consistently meets and exceeds its targets.

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

Proven Leadership in Retail – You will have strong experience in managing a team within a retail environment, demonstrating the ability to lead by example and drive performance.

People Development & Coaching – Experience in mentoring and coaching team members, particularly those at the Supervisor level or higher, to support their growth and development.

Commercial Awareness & Sales Growth – A results-driven mindset with a solid understanding of what drives profitability, backed by a proven track record of increasing sales figures and achieving targets.

Talent Acquisition & Team Building – Experience in recruiting, motivating, and developing the right individuals to create a high-performing and successful team.

Customer Service & Retail Excellence – A strong sales focus with a clear understanding of what exceptional customer service and high retail standards look like, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

Organisational & Communication Skills – Strong time management, planning, and communication skills to effectively manage store operations and lead a cohesive team.

Essential Skills:

Proven retail leadership experience with strong operational and team management skills.

Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their potential.

Commercially driven with a track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.

Excellent customer focus, communication, and organisational skills to maintain high retail standards.
