What you'll be doing

Support the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.

Lead by example on the shop floor, providing trusted health and wellness guidance after completing our Qualified to Advise training.

Drive commercial performance by supporting sales, profitability and operational excellence across the store.

Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising and promotional activity are delivered to a consistently high standard.

Create a safe, compliant and inclusive environment where colleagues can thrive and customers enjoy every visit.

Support recruitment, onboarding and colleague development, helping your team build confidence, capability and product knowledge.

What you'll bring

Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead, coach and inspire others.

Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across your team.

Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to improving store performance.

A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.

Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
