Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop user-centred design solutions that align with business and technical requirements.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mock-ups for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to support a consistent user experience.

Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to support consistent UI implementation.

Ensure designs meet accessibility, usability, and performance standards.

Use user feedback and analytics to inform design improvements.

Keep informed of relevant industry developments to support continuous improvement of the user experience.

Qualifications

Essential Skills

Expertise in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.

Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.

Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability standards.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Well-developed visual design skills with attention to detail and aesthetics.

Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Desirable Skills

Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies.

Salary Range: €45,000 - €55,000
