ANNEE 1 : Affrètement/Logistique

TRANSPORT & AFFRETEMENT

Réceptionner la demande de transport et vérifier la disponibilité des marchandises.

Vérifier la conformité de l'ensemble des documents selon la réglementation et les procédures en vigueur.

Organiser le transport : contrôle des documents, affrètement, rédaction des documents de transport.

Contrôler le bon déroulement du transport à chaque étape.

SUPPORT SUPPLY CHAIN

Suivi des approvisionnements de conditionnements.

Participation à l’amélioration des processus.

Support sur différents sujets opérationnels du service.

ANNEE 2 : Approvisionnements

SUIVI DES APPROVISIONNEMENTS

Passage des commandes.

Suivi des accusés de réception fournisseurs.

Relances fournisseurs et suivi des délais.

Mise à jour des données dans SAP.

FREE PASS

Mise à jour et suivi du fichier Free Pass.

Suivi réception des documents qualités en amont des livraisons.

SUPPORT SUPPLY CHAIN

Participation à l’amélioration des processus.

Support sur différents sujets opérationnels du service.
