Job Purpose

Rattaché à la direction Marketing de la BU OTC, vous aurez en charge les missions suivantes:

B to C: Focus consommateur

Analyses des marchés de vos marques et de ses dynamiques de croissance, tableaux de bord mensuel, et veille concurrentielle.

Mise en œuvre des campagnes de communication grand public

Brief et suivi des agences de création

Suivi et mise à jour des actions grand public et des sites internet

B to C : Mise en œuvre de la stratégie digital

Site internet de marque

Search google

Développement des partenariats site e –commerce

B to B : Focus pharmaciens

Création et mise en œuvre de campagnes de communication point de vente, affichages, merchandising et formation équipes officinales dans le respect des contraintes réglementaires.

Suivi des opérations de mises en avant en officine

Définition et coordination des plans d'action trade marketing avec le responsable grands comptes pour dynamiser les partenariats groupements/ parapharmacies

mise en œuvre de la stratégie digitale :

Participation à l'animation des réseaux sociaux : création de contenus, suivi des partenariats et collaborations avec les créateurs de contenu, analyse des performances des campagnes.

Formation Ecole de Commerce ou double formation pharmacie/scientifique + master marketing

Technical Competencies

Vous savez fédérer et gérer les priorités. Très communiquant et rigoureux, vous êtes moteur, enthousiaste, dynamique, force de proposition, vous aimez travailler en équipe et mener des groupes projet. Vous êtes également responsable, polyvalent, adaptable, réactif, doté d'un esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
