MUFG Pension & Market Services is seeking an experienced financial services leader to join our Trustee Services team as Senior Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Trustee Services, you'll play a key leadership role as their 2IC, overseeing the delivery of our trustee, escrow, custody and nominee services while leading a team of experienced professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, building trusted client relationships and driving operational excellence within a highly regulated financial services environment.

About the Role

As Senior Manager, Trustee Services, you'll lead the day-to-day delivery of our Trustee Services business, ensuring exceptional service outcomes for clients while maintaining the highest standards of governance, compliance and operational performance.

You'll lead and develop a small team of technical specialists, work closely with internal stakeholders across the business and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the Trustee Services function.

This is a broad leadership role where you'll balance people leadership, client relationship management, operational oversight and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Trustee Services team.

Oversee the delivery of trustee, escrow, custody and nominee services.

Build trusted relationships with clients and key internal stakeholders.

Ensure services are delivered in line with legislative, regulatory and service level requirements.

Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and risk management initiatives.

Monitor team performance, service delivery and client outcomes.

Support business growth through strong client retention and collaboration with Business Development.

Act as the 2IC to the Head of Trustee Services, contributing to the strategic direction of the business.

About You

You're an experienced leader within financial services who enjoys developing people, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

You'll bring sound commercial judgement, strong operational leadership and the ability to navigate a regulated environment while fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture.

You'll also bring:

Leadership experience within Trustee Services, Corporate Trust, Custody, Financial Services or a related discipline.

Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Sound understanding of governance, compliance and risk management.

The ability to balance strategic priorities with operational delivery.

A proactive approach to continuous improvement and change.

Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
