We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a high-profile digital transformation initiative delivering enhancements to a critical citizen-facing portal.

This role is ideal for a Business Analyst with a strong background in digital application delivery, who can bridge business and technical teams and has experience across front-end user experiences, back-end system functionality, integrations, data flows, and solution design.

The successful candidate will work within an Agile delivery environment and play a key role in shaping requirements, defining solution designs, supporting development teams, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience

Must Have

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.

Strong experience delivering digital applications and customer-facing platforms.

Demonstrated experience working across the full application stack, including:

Front-end application functionality and user experience

Back-end business logic and workflows

System integrations and APIs

Data flows and data mapping

Proven Agile delivery experience within multi-disciplinary product or project teams.

Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.

Experience translating business requirements into detailed functional and technical requirements.

Experience supporting UAT, solution demonstrations and release activities.

We are specifically seeking a Business Analyst who has contributed to the delivery of complete digital solutions, rather than candidates whose experience is limited to API analysis or integration-only initiatives.
