As a Senior Business Analyst at, you will be part of our high-performing optimisation team. This team is dedicated to flawless onboarding and retention of customers, ensuring a seamless billing and payments experience. Your role will bridge the gap between IT and business, using data analysis to assess processes and deliver data-driven recommendations that improve efficiency and customer happiness.

We are recruiting for a fixed-term maternity leave cover position, offering flexibility to be based in either Melbourne or Sydney.

What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of:

Understanding business demands, crafting, and delivering programs and initiatives within the Billing and Credit Management and Strategy team.

Leading small to mid-size projects and assisting project managers on larger, more complex projects.

Acting as the representative for Billing and Credit in outside programs and forums to evaluate and recognize risks and effects on Bad Debt Expense (BDE) and other operational functions.

Leading tender requirements and ensuring deadlines for evaluations are met, working closely with the Procurement team.

What You Bring | What makes you perfect for the role?

3+ years experience in telecommunication applications, systems, and associated technologies and processes.

Proven ability to quickly learn and support the business, with a passion for continuous improvement.

A genuine passion for process improvement, with experience identifying inefficiencies and designing optimised end-to-end solutions that enhance customer experience and operational performance

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of translating complex business problems into clear, actionable requirements and data-driven recommendations.

Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels — from operational teams through to senior leadership — facilitating workshops, managing expectations, and driving alignment across cross-functional groups

Proven experience in end-to-end requirements elicitation, including the creation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process maps to support IT and business delivery
