The Sea Logistics Value Added spervice specialist provides operational excellence, efficient and quality service.
What we would like you to bring
Improve workflows and reduce waste with the process + systems team
Update skills and participate in training programs
Assist in selecting and onboarding suppliers, focusing on FCL and LCL inland transportation and temporary storage in Japan.
Support contract management and supplier relationships
Help define and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and address performance issues
Ensure cost-efficient supplier selection
Develop risk management and contingency plans
Use KPI dashboards to control and improve quality
Ensure informed decision-making across various dimensions
Provide timely and accurate customer information
Analyze KPI reports for performance improvement
Monitor and increase automation using the eTouch Automation dashboard
Confirm expected Gross Profit (GP) within 24 hours
Ensure timely and accurate billing with at least 95% invoice quality
Minimize deferrals and use appropriate Deferral & Loss Codes
