About the Company

Samson Scientifics & Surgical Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality medical devices, surgical products, and healthcare solutions across India. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in Hyderabad and nearby regions.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Develop and the dealer/distributor network in Hyderabad and surrounding areas.

Appoint new distributors and generate new business opportunities.

Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, medical institutions, and distributors.

Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team/MSRs.

Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.

Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Coordinate with the Head Office regarding orders, dispatches, product availability, and customer requirements.

Execute promotional activities to increase product awareness and sales.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy preferred).

3–6 years of experience in Medical Devices, Surgical, Healthcare, or Pharma Sales.

Experience in handling distributors and institutional sales.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of the Hyderabad healthcare market.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools.

Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively.
