HRBP - Hyderabad (5+ Years)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders in driving people strategies that support business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT Services and preferably have worked in AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or DeepTech organizations. This role requires strong stakeholder management, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.

Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.

Manage the performance review process and coach managers on performance improvement.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely hiring for business needs.

Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Lead HR projects related to change management, policy implementation, and process improvements.

Required Skills

5+ years of HRBP experience in an IT Services organization.

Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, SaaS, or Product Engineering companies is highly preferred.

Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in performance management, employee relations, and talent management.

Good understanding of HR analytics and HRMS tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

Experience supporting technology teams such as Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud, or Product teams.

Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
