Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

Proactively identify client needs and pain points, offering appropriate products and services to enhance their experience and achieve their goals.

Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing potential clients, expanding the existing client base through referrals and networking.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.

Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and address any concerns.

Prepare and present customized proposals, product demonstrations, and financial solutions to clients, clearly articulating value propositions.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless client service delivery and solution implementation.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to effectively position our services and advise clients.

Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely follow-ups, and adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards.

Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.

Provide regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and market feedback to management.
