About the role
Job Description:
Join our Quality team as a Supplier Quality Engineering professional and play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain delivers excellence. You'll manage supplier quality operations, lead problem-solving initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across our supplier base.
What will you do?
Oversee daily supplier quality operations to ensure all materials and components meet stringent quality standards
Lead structured problem resolution with suppliers to eliminate root causes and prevent recurrence
Track and analyze supplier quality metrics to identify trends and drive performance improvements
Conduct supplier audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
What are the key skills we are looking for?
Advanced Product Quality Planning - developing level; preparing quality plans that align supplier processes with our standards
8D Problem Solving - developing level; leading structured root cause analysis and corrective action with suppliers
Supplier Quality Management - developing level; monitoring supplier performance and driving continuous improvement
Production Part Approval Process - developing level; validating supplier parts meet specifications before production
Statistical Process Control - developing level; analyzing process data to identify trends and prevent defects
PFMEA - developing level; assessing potential failure modes in supplier processes
Measurement System Analysis - developing level; ensuring measurement tools provide accurate and reliable data
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing - developing level; interpreting technical drawings to verify part conformance
