What you will do:

Analyze business, customer, and portfolio data to generate actionable insights.

Perform Funnel Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Work with bureau and transactional data to evaluate customer behavior and portfolio performance.

Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and business analysis.

Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.

Monitor KPIs and support strategic business decisions through data.

Collaborate with Product, Risk, Business, and Operations teams on real-world projects.

Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

What we are looking For:

Strong SQL knowledge (Mandatory) – Joins, Subqueries, CTEs, Window Functions, Aggregate Functions & Analytical Queries.

Good understanding of Business Analytics, Data Analysis, Funnel Analysis & RCA.

Hands-on experience with Excel; Power BI is preferred.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Passion for working with data and solving business challenges.
