About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Room Architect with strong Full Stack Development expertise to lead architecture, technical decision-making, and Agile delivery within Scrum teams. This is a hybrid role where the candidate will act as both a hands-on Full Stack Developer and a Scrum Room Architect, ensuring scalable solution design, high-quality implementation, and successful sprint execution.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in software architecture, Agile methodologies, cloud-native application development, and modern engineering practices while collaborating closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & Design

Design scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise application architectures.

Define solution architecture aligned with business objectives and technical standards.

Develop architecture blueprints, technical roadmaps, and system design documentation.

Ensure applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

Scrum Room Architecture

Act as the technical leader within Agile Scrum teams.

Support Scrum ceremonies by providing architectural guidance during Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Identify architecture-related user stories and technical enablers.

Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize technical initiatives.

Full Stack Development

Participate in hands-on development across frontend and backend technologies.

Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.

Review code quality and enforce engineering best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Technical Leadership

Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns.

Drive adoption of software engineering best practices.

Conduct architecture reviews and design validation sessions.

Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies early in the development lifecycle.

Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across teams.

Cloud & Microservices

Design cloud-native applications using AWS or Microsoft Azure.

Build scalable microservices-based architectures.

Implement event-driven architecture where applicable.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployments and infrastructure provisioning.

Agile Collaboration

Work closely with Scrum teams to ensure sprint objectives are technically achievable.

Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams.

Communicate architecture decisions to technical and business stakeholders.

Resolve architectural and technical conflicts across teams.

Quality & Governance

Ensure application architecture complies with enterprise standards.

Validate implementations against approved architecture.

Ensure performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and release planning.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

6+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture.

Strong hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.

Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies.

Experience designing enterprise application architectures.

Strong knowledge of microservices architecture.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.

Understanding of event-driven architecture.

Experience mentoring development teams.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
