Senior Sales Executive (all genders) – Fraud Prevention & Financial Crime | Switzerland

As a Senior Sales Manager (all genders), you will be responsible for expanding our business in Switzerland. You will acquire new customers, develop strategic C-level relationships, and manage complex sales processes through to successful closure.
What you can move with us:
Identify and win new business opportunities in the Swiss financial market while achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers at executive and board level.
Analyze customer challenges in Fraud Prevention, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Financial Crime Compliance, and develop tailored solution approaches.
Implement a structured territory coverage plan and manage your sales pipeline independently.
Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and successfully close high-value deals.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Strategically develop existing customer relationships and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
What you bring along:
Must-haves:
At least 5 years of experience in selling complex solutions to financial service providers (banking, payments, and insurance), ideally in the security or enterprise software sector.
Proven success in new customer acquisition and in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
A strong hunter mentality combined with solid knowledge of modern sales methodologies, such as MEDDICC.
Experience in strategic account management, solution-oriented selling, and consultative sales.
Relevant industry knowledge within the financial services environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently engage at C-level.
High level of self-motivation, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic growth environment.
Business-fluent German and English language skills.
Nice-to-haves:
Deep expertise in Fraud Prevention, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Financial Crime Compliance.
Experience in strategic sales within the financial services industry.
A confident presence at executive level, strong listening skills, and experience collaborating with top management.
