Your Role

Lead and deliver high-impact digital transformation projects on the shopfloor from concept toglobal rollout

Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing performance and translate them intoscalable digital solutions

Prototype, test, validate, and industrialize innovative solutions across our global productionnetwork

Evaluate emerging technologies and digital solutions, define pilot initiatives, and build strongbusiness cases to support investment decisions

Leverage modern AI-supported development approaches to accelerate innovation, validateideas quickly, and bring successful concepts into operation

Collaborate closely with production, engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to ensurealignment, transparency, and successful project execution

Drive change and adoption by effectively communicating project goals, progress, andresults to all relevant stakeholders.

Your Profile

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a relatedfield

Proven track record of successfully delivering digitalization projects end-to-end in amanufacturing environment

Hands-on commissioning experience and a solid understanding of shopfloor operations andproduction realities

Strong technical affinity with practical coding experience (e.g., Python, APIs, IIoT) to rapidlydevelop and implement solutions

Passion for digital technologies, innovation, and solving real-world industrial challenges

Strong ownership mindset with the drive to take initiative and make things happen

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different functions andorganizational levels

Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
