Continuously monitor local service levels, KPIs, and partner performance, swiftly escalating and resolving operational bottlenecks.

Own the weekly inbound forecasting process, translating volume projections into actionable data for the 3PL to optimize labor and capacity planning.

Partner with the Global Inbound Transportation and Customs & Trade teams in the implementation of Customs & Trade-led programs, support implementation by providing operational input and ensuring local logistics teams follow the processes, controls, broker instructions, data requirements, and documentation standards defined by Customs & Trade.

Support the onboarding and implementation of new transport LSP (Logistics Service Provider) partners to ensure operational alignment and seamless service integration

Provide operational support to Customs & Trade for the acquisition and maintenance of local trade certifications, such as AEO/OEA, including operational evidence, facility information, process implementation, and local coordination.
