Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Manage employee engagement and HR operations.
Maintain attendance, payroll coordination, and HR policies.
Handle employee relations and performance management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
Strong recruitment and HR operations experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage employee lifecycle independently.
Knowledge of HRMS and payroll processes preferred.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
