Job Title: Junior Accountant / Assistant Accountant
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant / Assistant Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on experience with Tally and ERP/accounting software, and excellent analytical skills to manage day-to-day financial operations accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.
Maintain general ledger and financial records.
Process GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Maintain vendor and customer account records.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Tally and ERP/accounting software.
Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and MIS reporting.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
3–6 years of experience as an Accountant or Assistant Accountant.
Strong working knowledge of Tally and ERP/accounting software.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and accounting standards.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the construction, interior, or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
