We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Data Analytics.
In this role you will:
Work with cross-functional senior stakeholders to generate business analysis/insights improve commercial outcomes
Machine learning model building to:
Sharpen targeting of customers/producers who need enhanced monitoring
Improve/automate existing workflows
Build or enhance dashboards to better measure effectiveness of all customer outreach initiatives, producer’s productivity, etc..
Work with data engineers to enhance and/or fix errors in tables within data marts and data warehouse
Identify new triggers or enhance existing triggers to improve customer engagement/targeting
Continuously identify better ways of working within the team, this includes but not limited to automation of existing scripts or workflows
Manage end-to-end implementation of campaigns (requirement gathering, base sizing, rollout of leads, sending out communications, tracking of initiatives effectiveness, campaign fulfillment)
To be successful you will need:
Deep hands-on experience in Python and BigQuery is mandatory
Strong experience doing business analysis and presentation of insights to stakeholders
Hands on experience building dashboards
Experience in enterprise level development and deployment of machine learning models is a huge advantage.
Experience in insurance industry is a plus
