Regional Marketing Manager Position isn't a team management role:

As Regional Marketing Manager for the MBD Applied vertical in APJEM/ROW, you will lead the regional marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, successful NPI launches and a scalable, high-performing marketing funnel, with measurable tracking mechanisms to showcase success. You will work cross-functionally with product management, global market development, digital marketing, scientific affairs, finance and commercial teams to successfully deliver impactful, data-driven regional marketing initiatives, driving growth in the region. Some of the initiatives that you would be responsible for include regional events, webinars, sales tools, and creating promos to support commercial execution and to help grow the sales funnel with marketing qualified leads.

Major Responsibilities

This individual’s responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to the following specific responsibilities:

Analyze external market trends, dynamics, competitor intelligence and customer data and generate actionable insights monthly and quarterly to inform regional strategy and optimize performance

Support STRAP roadmap and embed customer-centricity into the Regional Applied Go-To-Market strategy with clear success metrics. Collaborate closely with regional commercial leadership to align on priorities, expectations and execution

Contribute to drive 3% volume growth globally by helping accelerate funnel conversion, leveraging events, webinars, and nurture programs. Define and execute compelling regional promos, aiming to achieve 80% of target revenue projection

Partner with product management on New Product Introductions (NPIs) planning and execution for the Applied Vertical, ensuring strong regional Go-To-Market launch and sales enablement

Support portfolio optimization including SKU transitions and risk mitigation. Deliver accurate regional forecasts for S&OP, informed by promotions and market dynamics. Share regional Voice Of Customer insights to inform NPI and portfolio strategy

Understand global marketing plans and tailor them for the region

Work with digital marketing to ensure effective lead capture, tracking and prioritize effective support to the commercial team with impactful sales collateral and tools to improve conversion rates

Optimize marketing OPEX for the Applied Vertical, APJEM/ROW, prioritizing high-impact investments with defined ROI KPIs, ensuring alignment with P&L targets

Utilize Power BI dashboards and commercial alignment discussions to validate data, monitor lead quality and equip commercial team with tools and collateral to help improve conversion rates. Support commercial leadership to enable sales activation

Ideal Experience:

At least 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare

Demonstrated success in developing and executing regional marketing strategies and in sales enablement initiatives

Proven ability to translate marketing strategy into execution and deliver measurable results

Excellent analytical, project management and communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional organization

Proficient in written and spoken English.
