We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Technical Business Analyst - Regulatory reporting.

In this role, you will:

Responsible for defining, documenting and gathering all appropriate KPI & KRI measures, methodologies, calculations and thresholds across MSS Operations, aligned to the process taxonomy

Ensuring models delivered meet the requirements of the business therefore the appropriate data governance is applied

Define and design new data methodologies that inform our business partners of the operational performance of our clients

Influence, steer, senior stakeholders to lock down the measures which are foundational to our strategic data solution

Evidence of delivery and communication to stakeholders

Proven trusted relationships with Senior stakeholders

To be successful you will:

Advanced SQL, Data Quality, Data Protection, Data Governance and Analytics

Has proven experience in Banking Operations, in particular Markets and Securities Services e.g. Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, Securities, Equities, Custody, Funds Administration

Strong analytical skills, problem solving self-starter, with ability to champion and drive change

Strong leadership and teamwork skills

Advanced experience in Microsoft products, including Excel and VBA

Advanced experience in data modelling, data governance and data assurance

Strong organizational skills – ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail

Is fluent in agile methodology and have experience in mobilizing agile pods and structures.
