Principal Responsibilities

The key tasks will include all or some of the following:

Monitor Cost for the IWPB business which includes Direct and Indirect Cost.

Identify areas of opportunity for reduction in cost across Channels and Products

Track Cost Savings initiatives on fortnightly basis

Drive Strategic Cost Management Initiatives, reduction in per unit cost

Track performance and work with Channel / Product owners to oversee the identification of opportunities to reduce costs and invest in areas which will result in increase their sales and profitability through improved targeting and best-in-class service. The role-holder should provide insightful data to enable the delivery of the business objectives in the most effective way.

Liaise with FIN / Strategy & Planning / Business Teams on ROP / CSP, strategic planning, etc., as guided by the IWPB COO, to draft plans and projections and drive agreement on the same across products and channels

Maintain strong relationships with key partners - Marketing, Finance, BI, Analytics and Information Management teams, at a country, Regional and Group level

Tracking of Vendor Management for IWPB across all Products and Channels.

Network Optimization

Accountable for any other project which is assigned from time to time

Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate with minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience or CA / MBA with minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience

Strong logical, analytical, conceptual, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Should be a team player with strong communication and presentation skills

Excellent MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, word) skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pro-tip : Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
