Delaware North Australia is seeking an experienced and driven Shop Manager to lead the retail merchandise operation at the iconic Collingwood Football Club. What will you do?

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Collingwood Football Club merchandise store

Drive sales performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience

Recruit, train, coach and develop team members

Manage staff rostering, supervision and task allocation

Oversee inventory management, stock control and visual merchandising standards

Support banking, cash handling and reporting procedures

Ensure the store is presented to the highest standard at all times

Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety requirements

Support match-day and event operations as required

More about you

Previous experience in a retail leadership role, ideally as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or equivalent

Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate teams to achieve results

Strong operational retail management experience, including stock control and cash handling

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A hands-on leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements

Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours in line with AFL fixtures and club events
