We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. As the Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our organization by effectively managing the development and execution of our product offers. Your exceptional strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will have a direct impact on our company's growth and market competitiveness.

Based in Sydney ,in this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the development of our product portfolio and optimize product offerings to meet market demands. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions. As the Product Manager, you will also be responsible for creating pricing strategies, developing marketing campaigns, and overseeing the launch of new products. Additionally, you will work closely with sales teams to ensure the successful implementation of offers and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product offer strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and gather insights on customer needs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications

Create pricing strategies and define product positioning in the market

Develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support product launches

Monitor and analyze offer performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization

Collaborate with sales teams to ensure the successful implementation of offers and drive customer satisfaction

(External) English Qualifications:

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

5+ years of proven experience in Production marketing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of the market and industry trends

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record in offer management within the Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing industry. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the market are essential. Excellent communication and leadership abilities are also crucial for successfully collaborating with teams and stakeholders.

This role offers a base salary ranging from $130K to $150K.
