Job Description
LandSea Camp Services, an Aramark company and located in Squamish BC, is looking for an experienced The Human Resources Generalist Coordinator. This role plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the HR department within a workforce accommodation and catering environment. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and clerical support across a wide range of HR functions.
This role supports recruitment, onboarding, reporting, compliance, and various project-based initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and multitasking abilities.
Work Schedule & Location
This is a temporary 12-month term position. The role is scheduled for 4 days per week, with flexibility in how those days are distributed throughout the week. A flexible hybrid work arrangement is available, allowing employees to work remotely, in the office, or through a combination of both.

Job Responsibilities
HR Attraction, Recruitment & Onboarding
Support pre-employment processes, including scheduling drug and alcohol testing and Marine Medical appointments
Monitor and follow up on results, uploading certifications into the compliance system
Add new employees to required training platforms and ensure completion of onboarding documentation
Provide timely follow-up and support to employees throughout the onboarding process
HR Reporting and Analytics
Prepare and maintain a variety of monthly HR reports
Compile quarterly reports on staff turnover and recruitment metrics
Generate reports as requested by camp managers and the HR team
HR Performance Reviews
Maintain and track employee 365-day review schedules
Send advance reminders to managers and provide review templates
Monitor completion status and follow up on outstanding reviews
Ensure wage adjustments are approved and accurately updated in MyWorkLife
Maintain accurate employee records, including review documentation and rehire tracking
HR Rewards, Recognition and Benefits
Enroll employees into benefit programs following successful probation completion
Communicate benefit details and provide ongoing support for employee inquiries
Process employee deactivations upon resignation or termination
Training and Compliance
Maintain and update the WorkHub platform, including policies, certifications, and training materials
Audit training records and follow up on expired or missing certifications
Manage employee profiles, including status changes and camp transfers
Conduct monthly compliance audits and report findings to camp managers
Ensure pre-employment training requirements are completed prior to arrival
Approve certifications
Attends weekly Human Resource meetings, scheduling meetings, one on one meetings bi-weekly and various monthly meetings; ad hoc meetings as needed, including annual AGM
HR Record Management
Support the transition to digital records management systems
Ensure all employee documentation is accurately stored in WorkHub
Update employee records, including termination details and rehire eligibility
Maintain leave tracking and provide weekly updates to the HR Business Partner
HR General Admin
Support HRIS maintenance, including annual employee information updates
Assist in the development and revision of employee handbooks
Provide administrative support for HR investigations, recall notices, and other initiatives
Collaborate with other departments to provide administrative support as needed
Audit HR systems (MyWorkLife) to ensure data accuracy
Update employee records and system information following departures
Maintain and update DocuSign templates
Qualifications
Strong computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, and data entry systems
High level of personal accountability and professionalism
Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Adaptable, flexible, and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

The pay range for this position is $40,000.00 - $45,831.00.
