Channel Factory is headquartered in the United States and has global offices across 40+ cities/countries. This position will be based in Mexico.

Channel Factory is seeking a resourceful and people-first Talent & People Operations Generalist to own and lead HR operations for our Mexico team. Reporting into North America HR and collaborating closely with the Global HR team, this individual will be responsible for the full HR function in Mexico - from talent acquisition and employee relations to compliance, EOR management, and regional facilitation of change management of internal policies and programs

You bring a strong sense of ownership to your work, communicate proactively, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity. You understand that HR is both a people function and an operational one; balancing both with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

Own day-to-day HR operations for Mexico, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and employee records maintenance

Ensure full compliance with Mexican employment laws, labor regulations (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, Prima Vacacional, Aguinaldo, and all applicable statutory requirements

Support HR administration, payroll coordination, and mandatory contributions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners

Prepare and maintain accurate HR documentation, reports, and records within our identified file management resources

Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, contracts, and benefits in a timely and professional manner

EOR Management

Serve as the primary liaison between Channel Factory and our Employer of Record (EOR) provider, managing all EOR-related processes, documentation, and communications

Ensure accurate and timely employee data management within our HRIS platform

Coordinate with EOR on compliance updates, statutory changes, and employee lifecycle events

Talent Acquisition

Spend approximately 40% of the role focused on full-cycle recruitment for Mexico-based hires, partnering closely with hiring managers to define talent needs, source and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers through acceptance.

Build and maintain a strong local talent pipeline aligned with Channel Factory's growth plans

Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience reflective of our culture and values

HR Strategy & Collaboration

Collaborate with global HR leadership to align all regional practices with Channel Factory's global people strategy and established HR best practices

Partner with global recruitment teams to identify, implement, and align recruitment best practices across Channel Factory, supporting the organization's strategic growth plans.

Support the rollout of global HR programs, policies, and initiatives across the Mexico team

Identify and escalate opportunities to improve HR workflows, processes, and the overall employee experience locally

Coordinate and manage HR projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders remain aligned as assigned

Requirements

4–6 years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably in a multinational or global environment

Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment in Mexico

Hands-on experience working with an Employer of Record (EOR)In-depth knowledge of Mexican employment law, LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and compliance requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English (both required).

Exceptional attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy in all work

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with remote teams

Process-oriented mindset with experience developing or improving HR workflows

Proficiency in HRIS systems and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, or similar)

This role may involve occasional travel for in-person collaboration, meetings, and trainings

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with DEEL EOR

Experience with HiBob HRIS

Experience with Google Workspace
