As a key member of the Boutique Leadership Team, the Sales Manager partners with the Boutique Director to drive commercial performance, elevate the client experience, and develop a high-performing sales team. Through inspirational leadership, operational excellence, and deep client engagement, this role ensures the successful execution of CHANEL's retail strategy while fostering meaningful client relationships and strengthening the Boutique's presence within Guadalajara's luxury market.

Business Performance

Partner with the Boutique Director to execute the Boutique commercial strategy, ensuring the achievement of sales, productivity and client development objectives.

Monitor daily business performance, identifying opportunities and implementing action plans to maximize conversion, average transaction value, cross-selling and repeat business.

Analyze client and sales performance to proactively identify business opportunities and market trends.

Client Leadership

Lead the execution of the Boutique clienteling strategy, ensuring consistent recruitment, retention and development of VIC and High Potential clients.

Foster meaningful relationships with local clients and contribute to positioning the Boutique as the preferred luxury Fashion destination in Guadalajara.

Support the Boutique Director during client events, private appointments and local activations, ensuring flawless execution and elevated client experiences.

People Leadership

Inspire, coach and develop Fashion Advisors through continuous feedback, in-the-moment coaching and structured development plans.

Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on accountability, client centricity and continuous learning.

Partner with Human Resources and the Boutique Director in talent identification, succession planning and recruitment processes.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Visual Merchandising, Operations, Client Engagement, Marketing and Corporate teams to ensure consistent execution of Boutique priorities.

Support the implementation of retail initiatives, new tools and transformation projects while promoting adoption across the sales team.

Your Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience leading luxury retail sales teams.

Demonstrated success driving commercial performance and developing high-performing teams.

Strong clienteling expertise, with experience managing VIC and High Net Worth client relationships.

Strong leadership, coaching and performance management capabilities.

Excellent business acumen with the ability to analyze KPIs and translate insights into action.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Passion for Fashion, luxury craftsmanship and exceptional client experience.

Fluent Spanish and Advanced English proficiency are required. Proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
