Job Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle 11i EBS Lead Product Manager to oversee the strategic direction roadmap and execution of Oracle EBusiness Suite EBS solutions The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle EBS 11i modules strong product management experience and the ability to lead crossfunctional teams to deliver enterprisegrade solutions

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the product vision strategy and roadmap for Oracle EBS 11i applications

Identify business opportunities to enhance product capabilities

Align product roadmap with business objectives and technology advancements

Lead the design development and deployment of Oracle 11i EBS modules such as Financials and Procurement and should be Hands on in Configuration transactions and accounting in these modules

Should have a good understanding on the table structure for Finance and Procurement module

Collaborate with engineering architects and other relevant stakeholders to ensure highquality product delivery

Provide functional and technical guidance to teams working on system enhancements integrations and upgrades

Work closely with senior leadership endusers and external vendors to prioritize and execute initiatives

Communicate product updates changes and enhancements effectively to all stakeholders

Lead crossfunctional teams using AgileScrum or Waterfall methodologies

Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively

Drive continuous process improvements and ensure system reliability

Stay updated with Oracle releases patches and best practices

Required Skills Experience

12 years of experience in Oracle EBS 11i implementation support or product management

Deep understanding of EBS core modules Financials SCM Procurement etc

Handson experience with Oracle SQL PLSQL APIs and integration technologies RESTSOAP Web Services Oracle Cloud integration

Strong knowledge of Oracle 11i architecture workflows and concurrent processing

5 years in a product management or leadership role

Experience in defining product strategy roadmaps and managing product lifecycles

Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Ability to manage multiple projects prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle EBS certifications eg Oracle Certified Professional EBS Financials SCM etc

Experience with Oracle R12 Cloud Fusion ERP and migration from R12 to Cloud
