Seeking a Specialist with 12-16years of experience in Java MySQL Git and Camunda 8 to design develop and maintain business process management solutions

Job Description

Develop and implement business process workflows using the Camunda 8 BPM platform Write clean efficient and maintainable Java code following industry best practices Manage version control and collaboration using Git Design and optimize MySQL database queries to support application requirements Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements Ensure seamless integration of Camunda workflows with other systems and services Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes Troubleshoot debug and optimize existing applications to enhance performance and reliability

Roles and Responsibilities

Design develop and deploy scalable Java applications incorporating Camunda BPM workflows Maintain and enhance existing Camunda process models and Java services Manage the full software development lifecycle including planning coding testing and deployment Collaborate with architects developers and project managers to align solutions with business goals Ensure compliance with coding standards security policies and best practices Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives Document technical designs processes and project deliverables for knowledge sharing
