We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Analyst, Business Management.

In this role you will:

Execute business initiatives and support business planning, excluding change implementation projects.

Automate reports and build dashboards for trade volumes, sales performance, and margins.

Optimize reporting processes and ensure data integrity across all outputs.

Analyze trade and financial data from internal systems.

Contribute to senior management decision-making with analytics and stakeholder feedback.

Support forums and committees, and monitor internal governance activities.

Investigate issues affecting business performance and evaluate external service providers.

Collaborate with trade department stakeholders to enhance reporting solutions.

To be successful you will need:

Experience in banking or financial industry, focusing on trade or financial reporting.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, ).

Experience with report automation using Excel (VBA, Power Query) or Python.

Familiarity with banking systems and trade-related KPIs.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
