Field Sales Data Analyst

Fixed Term Contract (4 months)

Provide comprehensive support to the Field Sales team in both retail and AFH channels, ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities and operational excellence. Coordinate, analyse, and report on field sales performance to drive actionable insights that enhance team efficiency and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Field Sales team by coordinating daily operations, enabling effective communication across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and other functions, and ensuring smooth execution of field activities.

Analyse and interpret large volumes of sales and retail data, producing actionable insights, business reviews, and stakeholder-specific reports to support decision-making and performance improvement.

Manage and maintain sales systems, databases, promotional plans, assortments, routes, and store information, while acting as the primary contact for sales tools and technical support.

Partner with Key Account Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Representatives to evaluate promotional execution, point-of-sale materials, stock availability, and category management targets, identifying opportunities to maximise sales performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives through ad hoc analyses, root cause investigations, sales force incentive tracking, IT adoption support, and recognition of high-performing sales representatives through best-practice sharing.

Qualifications and Skills

University degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in sales coordination, sales support, or related roles, ideally within FMCG or retail environments.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle and interpret large datasets.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with sales databases and CRM systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external clients.

Fluent in English and Spanish.
