Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Learning Experience Manager (Trainer) to join our team in Madrid and support employee development across Region Iberia (Spain & Portugal).

The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving employee skills, knowledge, and performance through the implementation of effective learning experiences. The Learning Experience Manager will collaborate with various departments to identify learning needs, co-create engaging content with the Learning Experiences team, and facilitate learning initiatives that align with both regional and organizational goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Needs Assessment:

Collaborate with key partners (People team, Retail, etc.) to gather information on skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities.

Report to the Senior Manager Learning Experience to ensure Iberia region input is included in the EMEA Learning Experience strategy.

Planning and Facilitating Learning Experiences:

- Liaise with relevant partners to plan and organize learning experience implementation using various methods, including in-person sessions, virtual classrooms, role-playing, and blended learning approaches.

Plan and facilitate monthly brand immersion sessions for new employees in Spain / Portugal region.

Plan and facilitate sales and customer experience learning that enables our sales teams to develop skills and expertise needed to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Plan and facilitate product knowledge training incorporating storytelling.

Plan and facilitate learning experiences for career development and managerial skills.

Use various methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

Evaluation and Feedback:

Monitor learning experience impact, collecting participant and stakeholder feedback to provide the Learning Experience Snr. Manager with insights on improving and refining learning initiatives.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the People team and relevant partners to ensure learning initiatives align with regional and organizational goals.

Communicate effectively to promote learning opportunities and encourage employee participation.

Implement learning campaigns across the region.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese is essential

Previous experience in sales training, service in a luxury retail environment, or prior experience working in luxury retail

Strong oral and written communication skills, with emphasis on compelling storytelling to inspire and motivate others

Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills

Strong planning and organizational skills

Agile approach, positive attitude, self-motivation

Ability to travel to UK, and across Spain & Portugal
