Store Manager

We are a busy, award winning family diner situated in the heart of Killorglin Co. Kerry. We pride ourselves on providing excellent food, fast service, and a great team environment.

We are looking for a self motivated, driven Store Manager to take operational leadership, drive profitability and lead our team in delivering an excellent experience to our customers.

What the Role Involves

Daily Operations:

Overseeing the day-to-day running of a fast-paced kitchen, takeaway, and delivery setup.

Team Leadership: Hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling a team of 5–10 floor and kitchen staff.

Financial Control: Managing weekly labour cost budgets, inventory ordering, and optimizing food profit margins.

Compliance & Safety: Maintaining strict Level 3 HACCP food safety records and ensuring full WRC-compliant workplace logs.

Platform Management: Optimising third-party delivery orders and managing local social media.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy quick-service restaurant, takeaway, or pizzeria.

Full legal working rights in Ireland.

Valid HACCP Level 2 certification (or willingness to achieve this immediately).

Strong command of English and excellent local communication skills.

Flexibility to work peak shifts, including weekends and evening blocks.

A "hands-on" leader who is happy to support staff on the line during sudden peak rushes.
