Analyst - Trade Finance (F/W)

Job Description

You join the Critical Metals & Mobilities team of the Energy Transition & Mobility department as an Analyst.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

Drafting and compiling credit reports (analysis of the sector/borrower and financing)

Participate in the negotiation and implementation of Terms sheets and legal documentation

Carry out financial analysis, rating counterparties, compliance procedures, and calculating profitability indicators

Monitoring of post-closing financing (waivers, reviews, ratings, compliance), sector monitoring, monitoring of market indicators.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Graduated from a university, you have at least 2 years of experience in transactional financing functions.

You master:

financial analysis;

Trade Finance and syndicated credit lines of the type Borrowing;

credit risk management.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen; you are:

Rigorous, curious;

Recognized for your ability to work in a team;

Results-oriented.

You master English with a C1 level.
