Role: SAP Spartacus Developer / Consultant (E1)

Job Summary

We are seeking a SAP Spartacus Developer with experience in developing and customizing SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) storefronts using the Spartacus framework. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable, responsive, and user-friendly eCommerce solutions while collaborating with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize SAP Spartacus storefront applications for SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).

Implement responsive and mobile-first user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.

Integrate Spartacus with SAP Commerce APIs (OCC APIs).

Customize out-of-the-box Spartacus components and develop new reusable components.

Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand eCommerce requirements.

Participate in end-to-end development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Optimize application performance, accessibility, and user experience.

Troubleshoot and resolve frontend application issues.

Implement security, authentication, and authorization requirements.

Collaborate with backend SAP Commerce developers for seamless integration.

Prepare technical documentation and development guidelines.

Required Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in SAP Spartacus development.

Strong knowledge of:

Angular

TypeScript

JavaScript (ES6+)

HTML5

CSS3 / SCSS

RxJS

Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and OCC APIs.

Understanding of component-based architecture and responsive web design.

Knowledge of Git version control and CI/CD processes.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud implementation projects.

Knowledge of SAP CDC (Customer Data Cloud) integration.

Exposure to SAP BTP and cloud-based solutions.

Understanding of eCommerce business processes such as:

Product Catalog Management

Search & Navigation

Cart & Checkout

Order Management

Customer Account Management

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
