Mandatory Key Skills :
The Senior Software Development Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to meet business needs. This role involves collaborating with cross functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and IT operations, to deliver high quality software products. The consultant will analyze requirements, develop technical specifications, and provide expertise throughout the software development lifecycle. The position requires a strong focus on best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, documentation, and testing.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Design and implement software applications using appropriate technologies. Develop and maintain technical documentation for software systems. Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain code quality. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues. Mentor and guide junior developers in software development practices. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform development practices.
Skills and Tools Required:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Good Understanding in AI Assisted programming and working with AI agents. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Experience with web development frameworks, such as React, Angular, or ASP.NET. Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling. Knowledge of software development tools, such as version control systems (Git, SVN) and integrated development environments (IDEs). Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Experience in application modernization Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
