Job Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager - CMDB to own and drive the strategy, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement of the enterprise Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The role will be responsible for defining the CMDB roadmap, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, driving stakeholder engagement, managing discovery and automation capabilities, and aligning CMDB objectives with IT Asset Management (ITAM), ITSM, and broader business goals. The ideal candidate will act as the product owner for CMDB services, ensuring operational excellence and maximizing business value through reliable configuration data.
Provide governance, management, and support for CMDB and IT Asset Management (ITAM) capabilities.
Act as the Product Owner for CMDB services and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Establish CMDB policies, standards, processes, and governance frameworks.
Ensure compliance with configuration management and audit requirements.
Developing Composite Service Requests within Service catalog Module
Define and maintain the CMDB vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Develop and execute initiatives to improve CMDB maturity, scalability, and business value.
Identify enhancement opportunities and prioritize product backlog items based on stakeholder and business needs.
Drive continuous service improvement initiatives across CMDB processes and capabilities
