We are currently looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) Human Resources at our Saalfeld site.
As a Working Student in Human Resources, you will play a key role in supporting our HR team throughout the employee lifecycle. In this position, you will assist with administrative HR processes, reporting and data analysis activities, and various HR projects. You will also contribute to the continuous optimization and digitalization of HR processes, gaining valuable insights into a broad range of HR topics in an international environment.
Your Responsibilities
Support administrative HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
Assist with HR reporting, data analysis, and the preparation of key HR metrics
Support and participate in various HR projects to improve processes and employee experience
Contribute to the optimization and digitalization of HR processes and workflows
Prepare presentations, reports, and internal communication materials
Provide general administrative support to the HR team and collaborate with different stakeholders
Your Profile
Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field
Strong interest in HR topics as well as digital tools, process improvement, and internal communication
Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
Strong teamwork, initiative, and organizational skills
Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic HR environment
