Job Summary

Oversees the strategies, development, implementation, and ongoing management of company total rewards, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs in partnership with other human resources functions and business leaders. Designs, communicates, implements, and administers globally, regionally, country, and locally relevant compensation and benefit processes and programs aligned to HR strategy and business needs. Performs market reviews and manages benchmarking resources to ensure programs align with market expectations. Models and analyzes financial impact and employee considerations of proposed changes to total rewards programs. Maintains a working knowledge of global, regional, country, and locally relevant legislation and trends that influences total rewards philosophy, program design, and management. Reviews and oversees compensation and benefit compliance and ensures necessary regulatory filings and disclosures are made in accordance with local law and company practice. Responds to escalated total rewards questions while providing education concerning company practices and processes. Manage compensation and benefit activities related to mergers and acquisitions, HRIS systems management, performance management, and other cross-functional human resources projects. Other duties may be performed as assigned.

Responsibilities

Regional Benefits Leadership

Lead the deployment and ongoing management of benefits programs across the Americas

Ensure benefits programs are aligned with global benefits principles while meeting regional market and regulatory requirements

Act as the senior escalation point for complex benefits issues and program decisions

Drive a consistent and positive employee benefits experience across the region

Benefits Business Partnering

Serve as the primary benefits advisor to regional leaders and People teams

Translate global benefits strategies into practical, business-relevant solutions for the region

Support workforce decisions, organizational changes, and talent initiatives through benefits expertise and recommendations

Represent the Americas region within the Global Benefits Leadership Team, providing market insights, operational feedback, and recommendations to support global priorities

Benefits Budgeting & Financial Management

Manage regional benefits budgets, forecast, and spend tracking in partnership with Finance

Monitor benefits cost trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and value

Support annual planning and forecasting activities for benefits programs

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support regional decision-making

Benefits Administration Platforms & Implementation

Lead the regional design, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of benefits administration platforms and related processes

Partner with Global Benefits Programs, People Experience, Payroll, vendors, and project teams to support benefits technology initiatives and enhancements

Ensure benefits platform configurations accurately reflect plan design, eligibility requirements, and regulatory obligations

Support user acceptance testing (UAT), annual enrollment readiness, system enhancements, and post-implementation stabilization activities

Leverage experience with benefits administration platforms such as PlanSource, and familiarity with other solutions, to support effective delivery and employee experience

Market Intelligence & Benefits Optimization

Monitor benefits market trends, legislative developments, and emerging practices across the Americas

Provide regional insights and recommendations to Global Benefits to inform strategy and program design

Assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of benefits offerings within the region

Identify opportunities to enhance employee value while balancing cost and compliance considerations

Mergers, Acquisitions & Integrations (M&A)

Partner with the Reward M&A lead on due diligence and integration activities for M&A transactions within the Americas

Assess benefits-related risks, liabilities, costs, and harmonization opportunities

Partner with Global Benefits, Legal, Finance, HR, and external advisors on integration planning and execution

Support employee transition activities and benefits-related change management during integrations

Governance, Compliance & Vendor Management

Ensure benefits programs comply with applicable regulations and internal governance requirements

Partner with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and HR teams to manage benefits-related risk

Oversee regional vendor relationships and support performance management activities

Support audits, controls, and compliance reviews related to benefits programs

Qualifications

Knowledge, Experience & Profile

Significant experience managing benefits programs across the Americas, including healthcare, retirement, wellbeing, and insured benefits

Strong understanding of benefits regulations, market practices, and vendor management

Experience managing benefits budgets, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Demonstrated experience supporting benefits administration platform design, implementation, testing, and optimization

Hands-on experience with PlanSource and familiarity with other benefits administration platforms preferred

Experience supporting M&A due diligence and integration activities

Proven ability to partner effectively with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders

Experience operating within a global Benefits or Total Rewards COE model

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
