Our Senior Technical Recruiter is accountable for:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for software sales and commercial roles.

Conduct intake meetings and develop recruiting strategies.

Source passive candidates using advanced search techniques.

Conduct recruiter interviews and candidate assessments.

Present qualified candidates with detailed recommendations.

Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Manage multiple open requisitions with competing priorities.

Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Experience recruiting software sales or Go-to-Market professionals.

Strong sourcing and networking skills.

Experience recruiting within technology or SaaS organizations.

Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Experience supporting startup or high-growth technology companies.

Familiarity with modern ATS and CRM platforms.

Experience recruiting both commercial and technical talent.

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $61,575– $102,625 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
