Production Technical Manager

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.

Ensure compliance with production schedules and delivery commitments.

Monitor productivity, efficiency, and capacity utilization metrics.

Balance workloads across machining cells, production lines, and work centers.

Ensure on-time delivery of products while meeting quality and cost objectives.

CNC machining systems (Fanuc, Mazatrol, Haas, etc.)

Turning, milling, grinding, and EDM processes

GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation

APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans

Lean Manufacturing principles

TPM and industrial maintenance practices

ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle

Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.

Implement continuous improvement methodologies, including:

5S

Kaizen

Poka-Yoke

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Minimize operational risks associated with machinery and equipment.

Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bilingual: Advanced English Education

Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar Intermediate

Office Software

Other: Leadership, Resource Management, Negotiation, Communication, Decision-making, Teamwork, Production Scheduling, Supply Chain Management, Lean Manufacturing, CNC Lathes, and CNC Machining Centers.

Desirable: Knowledge of screw machines

Work experience Required: At least 10 years of experience in machining.
