Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage preventive maintenance activities for all plant Facilities equipment.

Support maintenance of the entire facility, including utilities management, HVAC systems, fire protection systems, and related infrastructure.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, replace, repair, test, and adjust electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery and equipment.

Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facility systems.

Procure spare parts and services, including contractor selection, administration, and management, to support maintenance activities and projects.

Maintain spare parts inventory and repair/calibration records for all equipment.

Plan and manage general maintenance activities and special projects.

Lead, coordinate, and schedule the daily responsibilities of the maintenance team.

Support facility safety programs and environmental compliance initiatives.

Identify opportunities and assist in upgrading existing equipment to more efficient and productive alternatives.

Continuously monitor and improve equipment performance to minimize downtime and maximize operational reliability.

Manage, monitor, and ensure compliance with departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Ensure the continuous and safe operation of CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, auxiliary equipment, and plant facilities.

Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.

Manage the human, material, and financial resources of the maintenance department.

Ensure compliance with the department's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Minimize equipment downtime and unplanned production interruptions.

Coordinate the troubleshooting and resolution of critical equipment failures.

Lead root cause analysis investigations and ensure implementation of effective corrective actions.

Supervise the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and technologies.

Technical drawing interpretation.

Bilingual: Advanced English.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years managing a facilities Department.
