Responsabilidades

Atuar diretamente no suporte às atividades de Planejamento e Controle da Produção (PCP), realizando a gestão das ordens de produção, acompanhamento do plano produtivo e análise dos indicadores da fábrica. Será responsável por garantir a correta execução dos apontamentos de produção, realizar análises em sistemas ERP, emitir relatórios gerenciais e apoiar a definição de prioridades junto às lideranças da operação. Também atuará no controle de inventários, abastecimento de kanbans, acompanhamento de cronogramas e alinhamento entre Produção, Logística e demais áreas de suporte, contribuindo para a continuidade operacional e a tomada de decisão. Espera-se um profissional analítico, organizado e com capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico, atuando como um importante elo entre o planejamento e a execução da produção.

Requisitos para o cargo:

Ter 1 ano de empresa;

Ter sido avaliado com no minimo nota 3 na ultima avaliação PPMS;

Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Engenharia de Produção, Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência com rotinas de PCP, logística ou manufatura;

Excel intermediário;

Conhecimento em sistemas ERP;

Boa capacidade analítica e organização;

Habilidade para trabalhar com indicadores e elaboração de relatórios;

Boa comunicação e facilidade para atuar com diferentes áreas da fábrica.

Valorizamos se você possui também:

Experiência em Planejamento e Controle da Produção (PCP);

Vivência em ambiente industrial;

Conhecimento em gestão de estoques e inventários;

Experiência com Power BI;

Conhecimento em melhoria contínua;

Familiaridade com processos produtivos e fluxo de materiais;

Experiência na elaboração de procedimentos operacionais.
