Responsabilidades

Atuar como referência em treinamento e desenvolvimento para a operação, identificando necessidades de capacitação e construindo programas de treinamento alinhados às estratégias da liderança de Produção. Será responsável por traduzir objetivos e diretrizes da coordenação em ações práticas para os operadores, garantindo que os conteúdos sejam compreendidos, aplicados e sustentados no dia a dia. Desenvolver materiais, conduzir treinamentos técnicos e comportamentais e acompanhar a efetividade das ações por meio de indicadores. Também apoiará líderes e técnicos na gestão da rotina, criação de procedimentos e iniciativas de melhoria contínua, além de analisar indicadores de qualidade, custos, produtividade e eficiência, propondo ações para eliminação de desvios. Espera-se um profissional com excelente capacidade de comunicação, que saiba se relacionar com diferentes públicos, tenha postura para conduzir grupos e seja capaz de conquistar o respeito da operação, atuando como um verdadeiro treinador dentro da fábrica.

Requisitos para o cargo:

Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Engenharia, Psicologia, Gestão de Pessoas ou áreas correlatas;

Excel intermediário;

Experiência em ambiente industrial;

Experiência com treinamentos, desenvolvimento de pessoas ou suporte à produção;

Boa capacidade analítica para acompanhamento de indicadores;

Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;

Habilidade para conduzir grupos e ministrar treinamentos;

Disponibilidade para atuar em diferentes turnos, quando necessário.

Valorizamos se você possui também:

Experiência em Treinamento & Desenvolvimento (T&D);

Vivência com operadores de produção em ambiente fabril;

Conhecimento em ferramentas de melhoria contínua, como 5W2H e 5 Porquês;

Experiência com Power BI e análise de dados;

Conhecimento em segurança do trabalho e campanhas de segurança;

Inglês básico;

Facilidade para falar em público e influenciar pessoas.
