Responsabilidades

Coordenar as atividades relacionadas à manutenção predial, limpeza, vigilância, controle de acesso, controle de pragas e gestão do perímetro da fábrica. Gerenciar contratos de terceiros, acompanhando desempenho, assiduidade e oportunidades de melhoria, além de atuar na gestão dos custos de manutenção e reparos. Garantir a conformidade dos serviços com as Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF), FSSC22000, auditorias internas e externas e demais regulamentações aplicáveis. Apoiar outros departamentos em atividades como visitas à fábrica, aquisição de materiais e auditorias, promovendo uma cultura de melhoria contínua, segurança, qualidade e zero defeitos. Também será responsável pela gestão de mudanças relacionadas às instalações (CMS), pelo acompanhamento de indicadores e pela comunicação com fornecedores e parceiros estratégicos.

Requisitos para o cargo:

Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Gestão de Facilities ou áreas correlatas;

Inglês intermediário;

Experiência com operações industriais e gestão de facilities;

Conhecimento em gestão de contratos e fornecedores;

Habilidade para desenvolver, acompanhar e reportar indicadores de desempenho;

Excelente comunicação, organização e capacidade de planejamento;

Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas demandas e estabelecer prioridades.

Valorizamos se você possui também:

Experiência em ambiente fabril;

Conhecimento em BPF e FSSC22000;

Vivência com auditorias internas e externas;

Experiência em gestão de mudanças (CMS);

Experiência na liderança e influência de equipes multifuncionais;

Conhecimento em processos de melhoria contínua.

Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical) - Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield - Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance) - Troubleshoots and diagnoses difficult, infrequent problems with equipment - Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures
