Sree Lakshmi Kalamkari Works is an expanding premium heritage textile and apparel brand based in Hyderabad. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and dependable HR Executive to take complete ownership of our human resources operations, employee management, and statutory compliances.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between management and our diverse workforce, ensuring smooth operations across both our retail store and production unit.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the hiring process for various roles (Sales Executives, Designers, Tailors, and Store Managers). Source candidates, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews to ensure quick onboarding.
Statutory Compliance Management: Handle all documentation, registrations, and monthly filings related to ESI (Employee State Insurance) and PF (Provident Fund). Ensure the business stays 100% legally compliant.
Payroll & Salary Processing: Maintain accurate monthly attendance logs, calculate overtime/incentives, track deductions, and process salaries on time.
Leave & Attendance Tracking: Implement and manage a structured leave policy for both retail staff and workshop tailors.
Employee Relations: Act as a neutral point of contact to resolve internal team grievances, manage staff discipline, and maintain a positive, productive working environment at our Kompally site.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist, preferably within the retail, textile, manufacturing, or small-to-medium enterprise (SME) sectors.
Core Knowledge: Deep, hands-on understanding of ESI & PF portals, payroll calculations, and basic Indian labor laws.
Languages Mandatory: Fluency in Telugu and English is required for reporting and retail coordination. Good conversational Hindi is a strong advantage for communicating with workshop staff.
Location: Must be able to work full-time on-site at our store/office in Kompally, Hyderabad.
