Position Overview:

The Manager – Organization Development (Certified) is responsible for designing, governing, and continuously enhancing enterprise-wide learning architecture and Certified programs across Blue Dart.

The role owns strategic design, curriculum governance, quality assurance, learning effectiveness measurement, and innovation of flagship learning initiatives. Regional OD Managers are responsible for execution and delivery in alignment with the standards defined by this role.

This position plays a critical role in strengthening leadership capability, functional excellence, and cultural alignment through structured and scalable learning interventions.

Job Purpose:

To architect and govern enterprise learning frameworks and Certified programs that enhance leadership readiness, functional capability, and business performance while ensuring consistency, quality, and measurable impact across regions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Enterprise Learning Architecture

Design and maintain enterprise learning roadmap aligned to business priorities.

Define structured learning pathways for first-time managers, mid-level leaders, and senior leaders.

Establish competency-based learning frameworks across functions.

Certified Program Strategy & Governance

Own curriculum design and governance of Certified programs (CES, CEM, Sales, HR, Safety).

Define eligibility criteria, evaluation methodology, certification standards, and governance protocols.

Standardize facilitator guidelines and learning delivery frameworks.

Conduct periodic program reviews to ensure relevance and rigor.

Succession Planning & Leadership Pipeline Strategy

Define enterprise succession planning methodology and readiness definitions.

Identify critical roles (SMT–2 and business-critical) and create coverage dashboards.

Establish governance for Individual Development Plan (IDP) tracking.

Design successor assessment frameworks and readiness mapping guidelines.

Align succession strategy with internal mobility and TA pipeline creation.

Learning Effectiveness & Analytics

Define measurement framework for learning impact (pre-post assessments, behavioral change metrics, ROI indicators).

Publish enterprise learning dashboards.

Analyze trends and recommend enhancements based on data insights..

Governance & Quality Assurance

Develop standardized documentation templates and SOPs for learning programs.

Ensure consistency of curriculum across regions.

Maintain audit-ready learning documentation and compliance records.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Benchmark learning frameworks against industry best practices.

Introduce innovative formats including micro-learning, digital simulations, and experiential labs.

Optimize learning investments through structured cost management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

MBA / PGDM in HR (Full-time preferred)

Certification in Learning & Development / Organizational Development preferred.

Experience:

10 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development

Experience designing enterprise-level learning frameworks

Exposure to multi-location or large workforce environments preferred Skills & Capabilities:
