What You Will Do:

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality standards.

Monitor and analyse quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Conduct quality audits to ensure that all products and services meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.

Provide leadership and guidance to quality control personnel.

Ensure that all quality-related documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

Train and mentor employees on quality control processes and procedures

What You Will Need:

Overall 12+ years of experience in managing Transactional Quality in US Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Preferably with Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle global or multi-location teams and customer projects.

Strong team handling skills.

Good eye for details and structured thought process.

Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills / Ability to work with all levels in the organization.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Excellent stakeholder management skills- Ability to interact with senior leadership/clients and manage expectations effectively.
